Members and users of The Dome,

Thank you for your patience while awaiting this news. The Dome has experienced many difficulties since the structure collapsed in January, and it’s been an immense effort to bring it back. Without the tremendous support we’ve received from the entire community, including you, we would not have been able to recover at all. The excitement surrounding the return has been incredible and invigorating. We are thrilled to be able to tell you that The Dome will be reopening in January of 2018 with all-new turf, brighter-than-ever LED lighting, and an excited new team ready to move The Dome into its future.

If you had a membership that hadn’t yet expired or were part of a program that did not finish, you are eligible for a credit from The Dome. Please consider donating this credit back to The Dome to help this great community resource keep functioning. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, we would be enormously grateful for your tax-deductible donation. If you choose to donate your balance, we will email you a donation receipt you can use when filing your taxes.

Alternately, if you prefer, we can add the balance of your credit back onto your Dome account.

If you purchased a membership, you are eligible for a credit for each day from the date of the collapse until your membership’s expiration date. The daily amounts are the cost of the membership divided by the number of days in the membership, which comes to:

$2.47/day for Family Monthly memberships;
$1.67/day for Family Annual memberships;
$1.98/day for Individual Monthly memberships; and
$1.13/day for Individual Annual memberships.

The total amount of your membership credit will be the numbers of days between collapse and expiration, multiplied by the daily rate. For instance, if your Individual Annual membership expired on February 27, we’d owe you for 37 days, and you’d be entitled to a credit of $41.81.

If you were enrolled in one of our programs, you’re eligible for a credit for every session of the program which did not happen. If your program cost $300 for ten sessions, and four of those sessions were cancelled, you can receive a credit of $120.

The credit on your account may be used to purchase anything – program, membership, or retail – available at The Dome.

In order to request one of these options, fill out the form below by January 15, 2018. If you choose not to fill out the form, we will send your donation receipt to the email address on file for your account.
