For recurring rentals (3 or more sessions), large scale events, or to make an edit to a previously submitted rental request please email us at rentals@thedome.us
The Dome Rentals generally requires at least two weeks to process rental requests so you may not see availability within that time frame if you’re looking for something sooner. Additionally, you’re able to request a rental up to 60 days in advance.

What do I do if I need to make an edit to my rental request that I have already submitted?
Just send us an email at rentals@thedome.us! Be sure to include your first/last name and all relevant information regarding the request.
Does my rental time include set up and break down?
Your rental start and end time needs to include any set-up or break-down to ensure rentals stay fair and on time!
What is the difference between a rental and a drop in?
A rental secures exclusive use of the rented space for you and your group to use during the agreed upon date and time. A drop-in fee provides access to the parts of the facility that are not rented out, and all space is shared with other Dome Users.
